Version 2026-10-29.2
1. The organiser and your place
This one-day karting masterclass is organised by RACE HUB COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0319492726), 18 Street No. 2, Van Phuc 1 Residential Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Choose 28 or 29 November 2026 at Dai Nam Racetrack. There are five participant places per date; a separate kart is reserved for Alex. You must be at least 12 and meet the experience, kart-fit and safety requirements confirmed by RaceHub. A parent or legal guardian must complete and accept the booking for anyone under 18 and attend check-in.
2. Price, inclusions and equipment
The event fee is 14,990,000 VND per participant for one day. It includes an assigned kart, coaching, petrol, Mojo tires, lunch, drinks, Insta360 recording and group footage review. Every participant receives a karting tire signed by Alex at the end of the class. Bring your own suitable protective gear; RaceHub must approve its fit and condition before driving. Accident damage is not covered by the event fee. Personal edited videos, transport and accommodation are not included.
3. Payment and booking confirmation
Payment is by bank transfer only to the beneficiary and account displayed on this website. Use the exact payment reference generated for your selected date. One booking covers one participant. A temporary place is held for 60 minutes after a reference is issued; submit the transaction screenshot within that period. The screenshot is evidence for review, not confirmation of cleared funds. Your booking is confirmed only when RaceHub verifies the transfer, eligibility and available place and sends written confirmation. Do not transfer against an expired reference. If payment has already been made, contact RaceHub immediately; if no suitable place can be provided, the event fee received will be refunded in full. Never send passwords, PINs or OTPs.
4. Cancellation or postponement by RaceHub
If RaceHub cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund of the event fee paid. If RaceHub postpones the event, each participant may choose either a full refund of the event fee paid or to retain their booking for the revised date. Alex is an active racing driver. Should a race commitment affect his availability, RaceHub will reschedule the event. Participants may choose to transfer their booking to the revised date or receive a full refund of the event fee paid. Thank you for your understanding. RaceHub will contact the booking contact with the revised date, choice of options and refund arrangements. These options also apply if unsafe weather, circuit closure or another event beyond reasonable control requires cancellation or postponement.
5. Participant cancellation, replacement and non-attendance
If the event goes ahead as scheduled, voluntary cancellation, late arrival or non-attendance does not entitle the participant to a discretionary refund. A replacement driver may be approved by RaceHub before the event, subject to age, experience, kart fit, acceptance of these terms and written confirmation. A transfer is not automatic. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Crash damage and repair costs
The participant is responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the full documented cost of repairing accident damage caused while using their assigned kart or other equipment, including parts charged at wholesale prices, necessary repair labour at documented cost, shipping, customs duties and other directly related import charges. The event fee is not a damage deposit and does not cap that responsibility. RaceHub will record the equipment condition, inspect the incident and provide an itemised quote with supporting evidence before requesting payment. Normal wear, pre-existing damage and mechanical failure not attributable to the participant are excluded; responsibility shared with another party will be assessed under applicable law. You may review and dispute the assessment before settlement. The amount and payment due date will be stated in the written quote; no arbitrary penalty or retail markup is added. No separate damage deposit is collected through this form.
7. Health, fitness and inherent risks
Karting is physically demanding motorsport involving risks including collisions, serious injury, aggravation of existing conditions, heat stress and, in exceptional cases, death. You participate voluntarily, acknowledge these inherent risks and confirm that you are fit to take part. Seek qualified medical advice before booking if you have any condition, injury, medication or other concern that may affect safe participation. Do not drive while unwell, injured, impaired by alcohol or drugs, or otherwise unfit. Tell RaceHub privately about safety-relevant restrictions before the event and stop immediately if you feel unwell. Do not upload medical records or describe diagnoses in the booking form. RaceHub does not provide medical diagnosis or a guarantee of fitness. To the extent permitted by law, RaceHub is not responsible for health issues arising solely from a participant’s pre-existing condition, failure to disclose a relevant restriction, or disregard of safety instructions. This acknowledgement does not exclude liability or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for RaceHub’s own breach of a statutory duty or other legally attributable fault.
8. Safety, conduct and emergency assistance
Attend the safety briefing, follow flags and coach/circuit instructions, wear approved protective equipment and drive within your ability. Report all collisions, equipment defects and symptoms immediately; do not continue with damaged equipment. RaceHub may stop a session or remove a driver from driving for an immediate safety risk, impairment or serious misconduct. Any effect on fees will be assessed fairly under applicable law; removal does not create an automatic damage charge. Staff may arrange reasonable emergency assistance where necessary. Medical treatment is delivered by the relevant provider and its charges remain subject to applicable law and any insurance cover. Personal accident or medical insurance is not included or promised; check that any insurance you arrange covers karting.
9. Track time and programme changes
The target is six 15-minute sessions and 90 minutes of driving per participant, subject to safe circuit availability. The timetable, session order and activities may be adjusted for safety, circuit access or operational needs. No lap-time improvement or fixed track time is guaranteed. If a material part of the service cannot be delivered, RaceHub will discuss appropriate remedies, including any refund, replacement service or other remedy required by law. This clause does not allow RaceHub to keep payment for an undelivered service where the law requires otherwise.
10. Personal data, receipts and footage
RaceHub uses the contact, driver, guardian, emergency-contact and payment information necessary to administer this booking, verify the transfer, organise safe attendance and deal with related enquiries or disputes. Receipts are stored privately with access restricted to authorised staff and service providers used for booking administration. Crop or redact unrelated balances and transactions, while leaving the amount, date, beneficiary and payment reference visible. Booking administration uses Google Workspace and the website hosting provider; their processing may take place outside Vietnam. Contact contact@racehub-academy.com to request access, correction or deletion, or discuss an alternative way to book. Data will be retained only for the booking purpose and applicable accounting, legal and dispute requirements, then deleted or anonymised. No medical history is requested here. Onboard footage may be recorded and reviewed within the class as part of the coaching service. Promotional use of identifiable photos or footage is optional and requires separate permission; refusing it does not affect the booking. A parent or guardian acts for a minor, and the child’s own agreement is sought where required.
11. Your agreement and legal rights
Before paying or submitting, read these terms and make the separate acknowledgements for risks and crash damage. The adult participant or the minor’s parent/legal guardian must enter their full name as the person accepting. RaceHub retains the accepted version, language, acknowledgements and server timestamp with the booking so a copy can be supplied. Vietnamese law applies, including mandatory consumer and personal-data protections. Nothing in these terms waives a non-excludable right, makes RaceHub the sole judge of a dispute, or prevents a complaint to an appropriate authority or court. If language versions differ, mandatory consumer-protection rules apply; ambiguity will not automatically be resolved in RaceHub’s favour. A provision that cannot be enforced will be limited or severed as required without removing those protections.
12. Questions, refunds and disputes
Contact contact@racehub-academy.com or +84 935 046 906 with your booking reference for corrections, cancellation notices, refund choices or concerns. RaceHub will provide the payment reconciliation and refund arrangements in writing. Do not send account credentials; refund bank details will be requested privately only when necessary. You may request a copy of the terms accepted with your booking. Questions about a damage quote can be raised before settlement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, applicable complaint, mediation and court procedures remain available.
